On 3–4 February, representative of the TRIO-VI CoE project participated in the national conference “Ostatnia prosta w Horyzoncie Europa” (“The Last Straight in Horizon Europe”), organised in Warsaw by the Polish National Contact Point. The event brought together researchers, project managers, and innovation stakeholders from across Poland to discuss experiences with Horizon Europe projects, funding opportunities, and practical aspects of implementation.

Joanna Kartasiewicz, TRIO-VI CoE Operational Manager, was one of the invited panellists in the session dedicated to Widening participation. During the discussion, she highlighted the Teaming project perspective, sharing insights on both the preparation of a successful proposal and the operational challenges of project implementation.

Her contribution emphasised the importance of strategicpartnerships, strong institutional commitment, and practical management tools in ensuring that Centres of Excellence established through Teaming projects can achieve long-term impact.

Participation in events such as this helps strengthen collaboration within the Horizon Europe community and supports the exchange of valuable experience among widening countries and institutions.
